Somewhere right now, people are not okay.

Pedal 4 peace

Cycling across continents to remind people they are not alone.

I’m cycling from New Zealand to Spain.

Not to prove anything.

Not to chase attention.

But to meet life differently.

To slow down enough to see people properly.

To stop long enough to connect.

One moment. One conversation. One person at a time.

The Journey

THE REASON THIS EXISTS

It doesn’t always look like suffering.

It hides in everyday life.

In quiet thoughts.

In smiles that don’t fully match how someone feels inside.

People keep going.

Even when they feel disconnected.

Even when they feel like no one would notice if they were struggling.

I’ve felt that too.

And once you see it… you don’t stop seeing it

This is for the quiet battles.

Anxiety that appears without warning.

Thoughts that don’t settle.

Panic that takes over your body.

Days where just existing feels heavy.

And the hardest part —

is how invisible it can be.

People still show up. Still smile. Still function.

But inside… it’s different.

This journey is for that reality.

To make it visible.

To speak about it openly.

To remind people they are not the only ones feeling it

MENTAL HEALTH

THE TRUTH OF THE JOURNEY

This won’t be easy.

There will be long days alone.

Uncertainty. Fatigue. Doubt.

I will feel it too — the same isolation I’m riding for.

But that’s part of it.

Not separating myself from it…

but moving through it with it.

Still choosing people.

Still choosing connection

Where this is now

Christchurch, New Zealand

Preparing. Training. Committing.

The road hasn’t started yet —

but the intention already has

Follow the journey

This won’t be polished.

It will be real.

The people. The moments. The silence. The struggle. The connection.
