PEDAL4PEACE

SOME JOURNEYS TAKE US ACROSS THE WORLD.

OTHERS TAKE US WITHIN.

So, I will ride.

From New Zealand
to Spain.

Across mountains
and deserts,
through forests
and forgotten roads.

Not because I am searching
for somewhere to arrive—

but because I have spent enough time
standing still.

I want to know
what remains
when we leave behind
the things we thought we needed.

I want to hear
what silence has been trying to say.

I want to meet the stranger
and discover
that perhaps
we were never strangers at all.

And somewhere
between one sunrise
and the next,

between the dust,
the rain,
the loneliness
and the kindness—

perhaps I will find
what I have been searching for
all along.

Not an answer.

But a way to live.

A way to be.

And along the way,
to speak for those
who carry invisible storms.

To remind them
that darkness is not the whole sky.

That asking for help
is not weakness.

That no one
should have to walk
through the darkest places
alone.

Perhaps the road
can become a conversation—

about life,
about suffering,
about hope,
about the mind,
and about what it means
to be human.

Perhaps peace
is not something
we find at the end
of the road.

Perhaps peace
is learning
how to travel it.
